+Personality: A very cynical person, she tends to think of all the bad things that will happen in a plan. Not trusting towards people, she rarely tells people much about herself and would rather that people find out things on her own, She rarely is in love with anyone, and if so, it's a petty crush that she could care less about. She's very territorial of her top hat, Norman (the spider on the hat) and Leota, her "pet" heartless cat. Although she's made basically no friends, her closest, if only friend, is Ralxila, the person who essentially killed her for a contest. She never holds grudges or has hard feelings. Today is today, yesterday was yesterday, and tomorrow is tomorrow. She enjoys not having memories, could care less about tomorrow, and only focuses on whats happening right now. She has a certain liking towards social gatherings and enjoys being in others company, even if she doesn't say much while she is. She is described best as a conspiracy theorist to go with her element, anything that can't be described with scientific explanation. if it can't be explained, she will make something up.

+Manner of Speech: She tends to talk in cryptic messages and rhymes, but usually on accident. She has a raspy, scratchy, broken voice. She's very quite when she talks. Sometimes she starts coughing when she's talking and almost always has a sore throat.

+Background: Born a ghost in Halloween Town without a family or a name, she one day wondered into the woods and found a strange opening in a statue. She went through, being the young curiosity that she was, and found herself coming out of another statue in a graveyard. As she weaved her way thorough the graveyard, she came up to an old mansion that read on a plaque, Gracey Manor. She enter this strange place to find a crystal ball that spoke to her in kind words. It told her that her name was Madam Leota and she was in New Orleans, and that Halloween Town was being overrun by heartless and they would soon come here, but that didn't bother the young ghost. Leota named the girl Tarot for her fascination with Tarot Cards, and in an effort to the force the girl out, turned into a human, who had aged into a teenager of about 14 with shocking azure hair and magenta eyes. She instructed Tarot to head to New York, an area where no heartless were. When Tarot arrived in Manhattan, she was overwhelmed by everything. She found a young kitten and named her Leota, for the kind woman that gave her a name and life. Life, was something she had never had before. She managed to make a living and went to school, graduating at 20 by skipping some grades. Right after school, she went to work at a morgue and became friends with the boss, whom she looked up to like a sister. Tarot oftentimes accompanied the boss on trips and learned about business. She took a fancy to men, and business, mainly together. She eventually became engaged to a young man interested in animation who ended up moving to California to learn more about it. At the age of 23, heartless attacked New York, and took the hearts of both Tarot and Leota. Her boss never knew her true past.

+Fighting Style: Very offensive. She relies on her ghosts mainly to sneak attack the opponent, then she hits them with her razor blades. Sometimes she'll use UFOs to distract them, then attack them with a razor blade half her size. Her strategy is get in, take care of business, get out. If she's unable to use her powers, or is to close to the opponent, she's usually resort to punching and high kicks. Needless to say, her fights don't take very long and are done quickly.

+Element: It focuses mainly on ghosts, the supernatural, and UFOs. The spirits of the deceased are what she controls mostly. Followed by causing supernatural things to occur (TVs flickering on, chairs moving around), and moving self-created UFOs around, which are usually just razor blades suspended in the air by ghosts, disguised as a flying saucer. It's all about illusions and confusion.

Attacks
+Invisible Man: By using the invisible capabilities of the ghosts, she causes them to take things and move things around towards the opponent. While distracted, more invisibles attack and don't appear until the final moment, dealing damage. Not very powerful, but quick moving and can be used continually.

+Tarot Card Drop: By using the ghosts hidden in her hat, she summons large amounts of tarot cards and forces the ghosts at high speeds from the hat, carrying the cards with them. While the ghosts faze through the opponent, the cards hit them, causing cuts and wounds. Low damage, finishing off move.

+Tin House: Taxrot summons a vary large amount of razor blades from the top hat and make a large barrier around herself or her party. This remains upheld until a part of it is blown out, then the entire thing crumbles. If used properly, the opponent is trapped within the barrier and is cut by falling razor blades.

+Cryptic Meetings: The opponent is surrounded by darkness, and Taxrot slowly moves toward them while telling them, "Who has gone that you miss? To bad you will be meeting them again, like this." The ghosts of the opponents deceased relatives and friends come from behind Taxrot and seem to stare down the opponent. While the slowly creep toward them, the suddenly lunge at the opponent, dragging them away to do with as they please, which usually results in death. This move drains an immense amount of energy from Taxrot, so she doesn't do it much. Who says the dead can't hold a grudge?

+Lesser Nobodies: The Haunts-Ghost-like heartless that have no back legs but trail off and float in the air. Not to be confused with the actual ghosts she controls.

+Pets: Norman: Heartless Spider that wears a bow tie and lives on top of Taxrot's top hat.
Leota: Heartless cat that wears a spiked collar with a razor blade tag with a heartless symbol engraving and a small top hat. Has no back legs, back end floats. She doesn't walk, but hovers in the air. Ear cuff on right ear, 2 rings on left ear. Sharp fang-like teeth. Being a heartless, she has been shown to have the ability to find hearts very accurately.
Neither heartless assist in battle and just follow Taxi around.
